If an order is refunded or canceled within the 30-day validations period, the associated commissions is removed from your pending balance.
Will I be notified about sales promotions?
Yes. Affiliates are notified at least 3 days in advance of major, minor, or flash sales so you can plan your content accordingly.
This allows you to promote strategically and maximize conversions.
How do I receive a discount code?
Select affiliates may receive exclusive codes:
- During certain campaign pushes
- As a reward for strong performance
Codes are distributed strategically and are not guaranteed for all affiliates.
How do commission rates increase?
Commission rates may increase during:
- During slower months
- Sales periods
- Special campaigns
- As a reward for strong performance
Most of these increases are time-bound and will be communicated in advance.
Can I run paid ads using my affiliate link?
Affiliates may not run paid ads bidding on branded keywords (e.g "Mayana's Body Butters") without prior approval.
This protects the brand's paid media strategy and prevents internal competition.
Can affiliate codes be combined with other discounts?
Affiliate commissions are calculated on the final order after discounts.
Whether codes can be stacked with other promotions may vary by campaign. Affiliates will be informed when stacking is permitted.
Can I use my own affiliate code for personal purchases?
Affiliate links or codes may not be used for personal purchases.
What content guidelines should I follow?
Affiliates must:
- Represent the brand accurately
- Avoid misleading or unverified claims
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g. #ad or #affiliate)
Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed in a way that is easily noticeable by the audience.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.
Does the brand have the right to modify the program?
We reserve the right to modify commission rates, incentives, or program terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance when applicable.
Can the brand terminate participation?
We reserve the right to deny or remove affiliates from the program at our discretion if guidelines are violated or brand standards are not met.
Is income guaranteed?
Affiliate earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed. Results vary depending on audience engagement and promotional efforts.
Can I use brand images and trademarks?
Affiliates may use approved brand assets provided through the affiliate dashboard. Brand logos and product imagery may not be altered without written permission.
