At Mayana’s Body Butter, each order is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Because our body butter is whipped and naturally responds to temperature, we take extra care when shipping during warmer months. Orders traveling to hotter climates may include temperature-protective packaging, such as thermal lining and a cold pack, to help preserve the butter’s texture while in transit.

Even if your butter softens due to heat during shipping or after delivery, the formula and skin-nourishing benefits remain the same. Simply place the tin upright in a cool space and allow it to firm up again.
